Orthopedic Physical Therapy
Orthopedics is the management and treatment of disorders and injuries of the musculoskeletal system. These are injuries that affect muscles, bones, ligaments and tendons. Orthopedic Physical Therapy helps people recover from orthopedic surgeries such as total knee replacement, total hip replacement and rotator cuff repair to name a few.
Sports Physical Therapy
Sports Physical Therapy is specialized practice that focuses on helping physically-active patients recover from their various injuries. This involves helping patients return to rigorous sports which requires more intensive therapy than normal. Sports Physical Therapy will consist of plyometric training, cardiovascular training, and advanced strength and conditioning training.
Wellness Programs
We will work with you to develop a comprehensive exercise program that is tailored made for you. We will do a thorough evaluation and design a program that takes into account your injury and medical history. In the future we will be offering wellness memberships.
